With 9 weeks remaining to say goodbye to 2019, there are some lifestyle habits that you have to ditch and accommodate healthy habits. I don’t think the remaining 9 weeks are enough to meet all your 2019 health goals but there’s enough room in 2020 to do so. Here are some health habits for 2020 that you can start building on now.

Very few people will tell you how you breath can affect how you deal with stress and anxiety.
