Born in an Emirati family, Obaid Belresheed, or OB, established the Belresheed Real Estate company in 1993, with a vision to not only run an ordinary business but support his luxurious lifestyle and desires with his own money. OB’s high-end luxuries helped him develop a strong desire and enriched passion for achieving big in life. His real estate company, his first venture, built 80 luxurious properties and helped expand his vision into other visions. His secret to success, as he shares, is looking at the business not only to earn money but to build trustworthiness and establish a presence in society. OB still cherishes his starting days, “those were the best days, they were days of uncertainty and possibilities born out of uncertainties. It was like constantly being on edge. It grounded me in the realities of the world and drove me to succeed”.
OB was born into a UAE Family, which explains his penchant for a lifestyle of luxury and expensive desires. Each family member of the family shares the same passion as OB, which helped him succeed in life without giving up. Soon after the real estate company had become established as successful, OB ventured into different industries. He stepped into the construction industry in 2004. Throughout the years, the company has built luxurious private villas, including villas for himself, suited to his exquisite tastes. Today, UAE has different luxurious constructions, filled with exquisite preferences, envisioned by OB himself. OB continued expanding his business, and his confidence guided him to become one of the most successful businessmen in UAE today. He turned to automobiles, travel tourism, and security services soon after establishing concrete groundwork in his previous two ventures. Today, after 27 years of creating his first company, OB is successfully running the Belresheed Group, which consists of all his companies with more than 1,700 employees, turning his love for luxuries and passion for excellence, into a global venture. OB also serves social causes and dreams of making UAE a secured living society for all its citizens and residents.
