The year 2020 was a year of opportunity for tech companies as they had to design creative and innovative ways to live life as close to normalcy as possible without exposing people to unnecessary risks of contracting the dreaded Corona virus.
From the beginning of the pandemic, the use of face masks to protect oneself became important to gain protection from the virus. Recently, gaming company Razer announced its Project Hazel, the world’s best smart N-95 grade mask.
Project Hazel is not the first smart mask, as LG already gave us the PuriCare mask which runs on batteries and has an in-built HEPA filter.
The mask sanitizes within 30 minutes when placed in its case, as the case uses ultraviolet light. We also have AirPop Active+ whose main feature is that it checks the user’s breathing and mixes it with data about local air quality to determine when the user needs to replace the filter of their mask.
Maskfone is another one, it is basically a mask from which you can answer phone calls without touching the phone.
Since Razer announced Project Hazel, the world quickly realized that they may have created the best smart mask. Hazel has very distinctive features that distinguish it from other smart masks, and here are a dozen great features possessed by the smart mask.
